Kick off the seminar with a warm welcome and introductory session.

Dive into the fundamentals of White Tantra and explore the power of voice through Nada Yoga and Kirtans, setting a harmonious tone for the weekend and giving a gentle push to awaken your spiritual essence!

Saturday August 3rd – Exploring the Self: Unleashing Inner Energies (Women Only)
Start your day with rejuvenating yoga sessions, followed by dynamic body movements to awaken your sexual energy and release tensions.
Learn about different energies and practice self-gentle touch.
Enjoy a unique, tantric approach to sharing food, enhancing your sensory experience.
Participate in interactive activities like the Consent of Touch Game and Orgasmic Expansion.
In the afternoon, delve into simple massage techniques, including the Princess Massage, and end the day with a Shamanic Vitunvoima session and a calming meditation.
Sunday August 4th – Transforming Fears into Bliss: Embracing Inner Peace (Women Only)
Begin with Qigong to align your energy.
Share your experiences in a group session, followed by an exchange of guided massages, known as the Infinite Massage.
Enjoy another tantric food-sharing experience.
Engage in the Angels Ritual, a trust-building exercise, and prepare for the profound Transfiguration Ritual.
Conclude the seminar with final feedback and a sublimating meditation, leaving you enriched and inspired.

Atmajyoti Saraswati had the ability to care for people and sense their energy since childhood. In late 2004, she was initiated into Sannyasins as Atmajyoti (meaning “Light of the Soul”) in Rikhia, India (Bihar). She is trained in integral yoga, holistic Ayurveda, Tantra massage, meditation, energy healing, chakra balancing, and much more. Her natural pranotherapeutic abilities combined with profound holistic knowledge led her on the path of self-realization and shaped her skills in perceiving the needs of individuals.
Atma founded the project Animaolistica (Holistic Soul), where she bundled her knowledge from yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda to guide people in reaching their potential, healing themselves physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually, and joyfully embarking on their spiritual path.
