With the course, you will receive an exclusive kit including stones and oils custom-designed for each chakra.
With this treatment we will help the pranic energies to become dynamic and harmonized to restore the natural flow of the Nadis (energy channels) and Chakras.
The techniques you will learn along with the practice are an elaborate extract, adapted and made more accessible by the knowledge of tantra, yoga and other holistic techniques.
Along with the techniques you will receive a kit of stones and oils prepared specifically for each chakra and a certificate of participation.

The course does not claim to be exhaustive on the in-depth knowledge of the chakras (for which at least a week of study would be needed), but it will give you a solid and easy basis for approaching a proven and safe treatment, easy to integrate with other techniques you already know.
During the weekend there will be theoretical and practical lessons to learn how to perceive prana and the chakras, an introduction to the stones and oils we will use and the practice of applying them.
The oil blends for each chakra are carefully prepared, with natural, organic, cold-pressed essential oils.

Chakra Pillow Set - optional
For a complete treatment, we recommend using Chakra Pillows to emphasize the effects on the harmonization and dynamization chakras.
The Set is optional and must be booked in advance because they are handmade by Animateria (Athens).
The indicative price of the Chakra Pillow set is around €150 (+ shipping costs) with the hand-sewn bag, the chakra embroidered with the chakra stone and the specific herbs as filling for each bag.

Stones and Crystals and a Base Oils Kit are included in the registration fee.
Optional additional teaching materials that you can ask in addition or in alternative to the base kit:
- 30ml Oil Set for each chakra
